The Section is comprised of over 170 members of Austin area construction
lawyers including both private and public sector attorneys with
an interest in construction law. Our membership includes some of
the preeminent construction litigators in the State of Texas.
The Section was founded in 1998. Our purpose is to work with
the Austin Bar, State Bar and other organizations in the furtherance
of common projects related to the legal profession, with particular
