Austin Bar Association - Constuction Law Section

Welcome to the  Austin Bar Construction Law Section’s webpage.  The Section is comprised of over 170 members of Austin area construction lawyers including both private and public sector attorneys with an interest in construction law. Our membership includes some of the preeminent construction litigators in the State of Texas.

The Section was founded in 1998.  Our purpose is to work with the Austin Bar, State Bar and other organizations in the furtherance of common projects related to the legal profession, with particular emphasis on construction law.  We provide CLE opportunities for local attorneys to further their professional development and provide a vehicle for local construction attorneys and industry professionals to communicate regarding important issues in Texas construction law.
